While doing so, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and held several key roles in her community which included assisting programs for at-risk youth. She also worked with the YMCA of Silicon Valley where it was her responsibility to strengthen family ties and guide families in rebuilding their relationships. Today, Miriam serves as a Supervisor at the Santa Clara County Courts where she leads and empowers her team as they work to become high performing professionals.

Miriam began sharing her story in 2019 and later started her women empowerment coaching program, Limitless. Her mission is to teach women how to use their past to fuel their future and to live a life without limits. In the sixweek coaching program, Miriam teaches women to enhance their confidence, release limiting beliefs, develop healthy boundaries, love themselves, and take massive immediate action. As a result of working with Miriam, women enhance their confidence and achieve their personal and professional goals.
